Coaching Session, Emirates Stadium, 11 August

Upcoming coaching session with Jane Egan

Continuing from our coaching session where we worked on riding at speed, timed laps, and drafting, Handcycling Edinburgh will be participating in another training session with British Paratriathlete, Jane Egan on 11 August, 2016.

Once again we will be  joining some of our handcycling colleagues from the Glasgow area, including Ride 63 and Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, to add another level to our riding skills on the 1 km closed-loop, car free circuit.

The next coaching session will be held at The Commonwealth Arena and Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, also known as the Emirates Arena, on 11 August.

Coaching topics will be announced on the day with a 10 a.m. sart. Keep your eyes peeled and let us know if you’d like to come along by sending us an email at info@handcyclingedinburgh.org
